Fluorescence Suppressed Timegated® Raman Spectroscopy in Pharmaceutical Analysis
A wide range of analytical techniques are routinely employed in pharmaceutical analysis. The past decade has seen the increased applicability of Raman spectroscopy for the interrogation of various samples.
In the application note we have compared continuous wave Raman spectroscopic technique to time-gated Raman technology on different drug samples, such as acetaminophen, paracetamol and amoxillin. The study demonstrates the efficacy of time-gated Raman spectroscopy in resolving the fluorescence issue with highly fluoresecent samples.
